Mister Car Wash® aims to provide a high-quality wash with a personal touch, utilizing the latest technology and services. Customers can enjoy self-service vacuums, exterior clean services, and Unlimited Wash Club® Membership Plans at various locations. While many appreciate the affordable basic wash priced at $10, some have noted issues with vacuum suction and the lack of available cleaning supplies for interior use. The staff may not always provide thorough explanations of wash options, leading to some confusion. Although the experience can vary by location, one customer praised this Mister Car Wash as superior to others in Florida, highlighting attention to detail, such as cleaning the grill. Overall, Mister Car Wash offers value and convenience, but improvements in customer service and amenities could enhance the experience.
They did an outstanding job pressure washing my floor mats. Very polite and helpful.
