“What a great rental store. Donald and Dan run this like its their own business. Equipment is newer, but it is clear that they take pride in keeping everything well maintained and in order. Rented a heavy piece of equipment and Dan was very accommodating in helping me load and unload from the back of my van using a lift. Further away for me than other rental choices but I will be back for the quality of equipment and excellent customer service.”
“I've been a life long buyer from Lowe's up until a couple of years ago. All major appliances were ordered from Lowe's and the bulk of them seemed to show up damaged. My wife and I are not difficult people and only returned things with major issues. Kept and $2,400 refrigerator with a ding in the freezer drawer for example. Lowe's always made the return process miserable. Last week we bought a pre-assembled grill from Home Depot. The first time we tried to use it, it caught on fire down by the propane tank where the hose meets the grill... about 5 minutes after we lit it. Home Depot said bring it back and we'll exchange or give a full refund. We didn't think it would be that easy when we got there, but it was. And they were actually apologetic! So kudos to Home Depot and the young lady working the customer service counter today!”

On the positive side, they have one of the largest selections of tools, building materials, appliances, and garden supplies you’ll find anywhere. you can usually find what you’re looking for in one trip. Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”
