I created a curbside pickup order the day before for a single can of spray paint. By noon the next day, they couldn't be bothered to pick the item to have it ready for me. I wanted curbside because I didn't want to hassle taking my toddler into the store. The item was available on the shelf. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one could find one and customer service was too busy. Again, great store, just a bad single experience.”

“What a great rental store. Donald and Dan run this like its their own business. Equipment is newer, but it is clear that they take pride in keeping everything well maintained and in order. Rented a heavy piece of equipment and Dan was very accommodating in helping me load and unload from the back of my van using a lift. Further away for me than other rental choices but I will be back for the quality of equipment and excellent customer service.”

“Moesha, the Assistant Store Manager at the Lilburn Lowe’s, truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I had a difficult customer service issue with an order from Saturday that caused quite a bit of inconvenience. When I came in to address it, Moesha handled the situation with so much grace, patience, and professionalism.
Even with a long line behind me, she took the time to listen, understand the issue, and work toward a solution without making me feel rushed. Her calm demeanor and ability to de-escalate the situation made a big difference. It’s clear she knows how to properly handle customer concerns and genuinely cares about resolving them.
Because of the way she handled everything, I’ll absolutely continue shopping at this location. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Moesha, for turning my experience around.”
“I’ve shopped at this Home Depot several times for both big projects and small fixes, and my experiences have been mixed.
On the positive side, they have one of the largest selections of tools, building materials, appliances, and garden supplies you’ll find anywhere. you can usually find what you’re looking for in one trip. Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”

I showed up to my local Home Depot and thank God, for John!!!! I showed up with this book in hand…. John not only help me understand what I needed but he also took his time to help me find what we needed. And he marked off what they had and what they didn’t. He was so patient.
