“They are only getting a four star because a young lady who originally answered the phone was not as not helpful, left me on hold for ten minutes. I called back and another lady answered and took much better care of my request promptly which was simply to transfer me to a Manager. I did not face the receipt to my drill and he ask me to bring it over so they could look at it or exchange it. Thankfully, the same lady that answered the phone greeted me and a male cashier wanted up figuring out the issue and walked me through my errors! I wish I could remember all of their names but at least I could give great credit to this store!”

“We had been looking for a front door for some time, but what we like was too expensive. We found a door we like but it was far less than expected so decided to go and have a look. Wow! This place is awesome! So many choices not just doors, but vanities, bathtubs and more. Saleswoman Ishio was very helpful and when it seemed our door was out of stock she called other stores and was able to locate one! I feel she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we really wanted!! Thank you Ishio! Highly recommend this place !!”

Another worker came into my aisle and I was hoping he would be coming to help me but instead rolled on past me to help a man that clearly did not need any help and knew what he was getting then when he finished with him he just walked on past me again as I stood in the aisle staring at the products alone. Thankfully Mike saw me looking back and forth and came to help me and it honestly made my day! Be more like Mike he's the only reason I would give this place 5 stars!”
