“Just had an amazing experience with this location again. I was in a crunch and placed a pickup order at 7:16. I figured I would have to just buy a bag at the store also and get the pickup order at a later date because they hadn’t had time to pick it. I arrived 2 minutes before closing and the associate was still very pleasant and she went ahead and picked the order for me! I was in and out in 2 minutes. And both associates were very polite!”

“We visited several aquarium stores while setting up our new tank. This place has a great selection of fish and supplies, friendly helpful staff, and most importantly THE CLEANEST TANKS/WATER of any of them. We will definitely be back to Nemo for more additions to our aquarium. As far as the return policy someone complained about..... there is a sign at the register that's big and bold enough for Hellen Keller to understand it.”

“Gwinnett Animal Clinic has been nothing short of amazing to myself and my two dogs since we transferred there. Both Dr. Cook and Dr. Wallis are absolutely wonderful, empathetic, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic people. We always feel welcome by everyone and feel they not only care about our dogs well-being but mine as well as a pet owner. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the care is top-notch. I wish we had transferred our dogs over sooner. Overall an amazing place for any pet and their family.”
“I love this place, they were fast, friendly and professional. I took my dog in at 9:17 and they already called before 11 o’clock to advise that he was ready to go( shampoo & trim). They followed my instructions to the T.After horrible & disappointing experiences at PetSmart (Lavista Rd) and Swag Pets (Covington Hwy), I think it’s safe to say, that Luck Dog is my new favorite groomer. They get it right every time and they don’t keep my dog all day. We are Lucky for the referral from our dog park crew.”
“The reception staff were great, and our puppy seemed to have enjoyed herself. The only drawback was the misunderstanding on when I needed to pick her up the day of her "meet and greet" visit.I will be taking her back soon to bathe her in the DIY Spa area and i will try doggie daycamp again”

“I was devastated to learn that Amazon had stopped carrying lifespan enzymes that I use religiously for my dogs arthritis. After some searching I came across evolution pets and ordered 4. I am in NY so when my order wasn't processed until 10 days later, I called and emailed and made them aware of my dissatisfaction. That being said, my order was mailed out with priority that day, and I was given 2 extra enzymes due to the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but it's the way they're handled that makes all the difference to me. This should last me a year, but they now have a life long customer. I want to personally thank Bonnie for her following up, and follow through and mending this situation.”
“I recently lost my dog after 11 years, and PetSmart in Lawrenceville was amazing. They overwhelmed us w their kindness and offered support in more ways than I could have imagined. Thanks to the groomers, store staff, and manager who helped us through a tough situation. We miss our Belle but able to say goodbye to her and help her cross over into a better place.”
“I can't believe I've been visiting this place since 2021 and haven't left them a review yet. First off, the staff here is amazing. Every customer is greeted with a smile and a bark! The selection of dog treats here is out of this world! I know it's a dog bakery but I'm like a kid in a candy store when I go in because I never know what I'm gonna end up with. Packaged snacks, fresh baked snacks, doggy cakes, chew treats, toys, dog food, vitamins, shampoo & conditioner, wipes, calming treats...Whatever you need they probably got it! You won't be disappointed”
“This is the first Petco location I walked in and was immediately greeted with customer service. The white female tattooed employee spoke to me when I walked in December 12, 2023. I walked around looking for prices on kitten supplies. I sparkled up a conversation with another employee named Dani, she was pleasant and nice. She price matched a product from the website. I will be back to this location.”
“Had my Flat-coated retriever Phantom scheduled for a wash and possible cut with Kayli at the Petsmart Snellville location. Phantom is NOT fond of the hairdryer, or pretty much any loud noises, and can be a challenge to control during a grooming. Tatiana, an amazing groomer, had been taking care of him in the past, but transferred to another store so she educated Kayli on what she did to work with Phantom. Kayli did a GREAT job and got much more done than I expected. I will assume that all the groomers at the Snellville Petsmart are good but if you have the opportunity to schedule Kayli I HIGHLY recommend that you do. Truly a pleasure to know I have somewhere and someone to keep my big boy looking good. THANK YOU KAYLI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
