“I always go here for my designated spot for dropping off packages with the Clip 'n Ship service. It's always quick and easy here, and they're super accommodating and helpful. Just one scan from my phone, they print it out the shipping label and put it on my package, then they hand over the tracking number. Easy. The ones closer to my house tend to be incredibly inefficient, forcing the customers to buy boxing tape if the customer doesn't have tape to mask over their shipping label and then forcing them to go to the back of the line again. However, I've never had that issue here. Definitely recommend this one.”

“I didn’t catch her name, but the mailwoman doing the route in my neighborhood accidentally delivered my package to the house next door to me. I was terrified when I didn’t see a package on my front porch, and I (like a lunatic) went to go see if the mail truck had left my neighborhood yet.
Thankfully, she hadn’t left, and she was super kind and thoughtful. She suggested she might’ve accidentally dropped it off at the house beside mine and offered to go back to get it for me. She went back indeed immediately and got the package from my neighbor for me. I’m so grateful for her kindness, and I hope great things happen for her.
2024: Recently I had an issue with missing packages in our neighborhood cluster box. Ms. Shirley reached back with me very quickly within the same day via both phone call and email and she explained where it had gone - it turns out it was my error, and the packages had actually arrived, just in a different box with the according key provided. I was totally ignorant of how cluster boxes operated. I appreciate her prompt help and graciousness with help locating my items.
Another time an overseas package was misplaced, and one of the front desk clerks (her name escapes me, but she's always extremely helpful and usually there) went above and beyond trying to locate it. A month later, it turned up and she immediately reached back out to me. It's this location too that I believe had one of their delivery drivers immediately drop what they were doing to track down a package they accidentally dropped off to a different house 10 minutes before.
I'm very happy to have this as my designated postal service location - they're great folks with good memory and really do work hard.”
“very quick and helpful! if i recall correctly my newly built neighborhood hasn’t been assigned a direct postal office yet, so particular packages that require signatures and had attempted deliveries when I wasn’t home go here. I show them the slip left behind by the USPS driver, ID, and it’s easy from there. thank you! :)”
“8.12.2025 - As I was getting my mail from the box/locker in my neighborhood. Ahkeel, with USPS pulled up to the mail station to distribute mail for the neighborhood. He had a box for me and was kind enough to take it out the USPS truck and place it in my vehicle. Stay blessed Ahkeel and thank you”

“Just renewed our passport today. Valerie assisted us. When we arrived I didnt have my child's birth certificate, totally my fault. Valerie permitted us to complete the process and then go home to get my child's birth certificate and return for my receipt. I know this put her out so I'm extremely grateful that she let us do it that way. I've been to this location for other things and I've received helpful friendly service. I recall once trying to send a large framed bit of art and the worker who assisted me went and found a box to use that was just about big enough and helped me alter the box to fit. It ended up taking a while but she was sweet and patient with me the whole time while also assisting others. This was a while back so I dont recall her name but wanted to share.”
