“I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”

I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. No more - they appear to be gone and possibly new ownership because I am greeted with a pleasant smile and gracious attitude everytime I go in this establishment now.
