The Dylan at Grayson offers modern farmhouse style apartments and townhomes with all the comforts of home. The apartments are very nice and designed to impress. The team is amazing and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. The management team is very responsive, informative, well mannered, and friendly. The maintenance personnel are great, respond very promptly, and fix problems quickly. The pool and other public areas are very well maintained. Residents describe it as a great place to live with a very easy going stay, and many have had a very good experience. Some note the walls are a bit thin, but most people are very chill. The community hosts events like Taco Tuesday. It is a place many plan to continue living at and would definitely recommend.
I always pass this beautiful apartment complex. I never got to visit it until today doing a plumbing job and it was very nice I recommend anyone looking for a beautiful place to live to check it out. The team at The Dylan at Grayson is amazing! Taylor, Whitney and Jilliane always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. The maintenance guys are great too. Living here has been the best apartment experience I could ask for.

The management team here is very responsive, Louis the maintenance man responded very promptly to my AC issues and had it taken care of in half an hour. My stay here has been very easy going thanks to this team.
