“I’ve lived here for 2 years and I am planning on a third. It’s in a good central location between Lawrenceville and Duluth. Easy access to the highway. The pool and gym are consistently upkept. The management office is very transparent when something isn’t working or is broken - like the storms causing some amenities to not work. I wish there were more amenities like a car wash and or tennis court. The units are nice but missing a few things to be “luxury” in my opinion (no Nest AC controls, shower is dated, no electronic unit entry). Maintenance isn’t bad but a few of them aren’t very nice.
My biggest complaint with this place is actually the residents. Dog owners who have no respect for other people leave their dog’s feces ?around ;(. They let their dogs sit on balconies and bark at people at the pool. A larger problem is that people here constantly park in handicap spots and their accessory spots ?”

They keep the resident aware of when job was started and completed . , always letting you know what was wrong and that it was corrected or repaired . I never have a problem with the maintenance dept . They are a great part of the Grayson team !! Keep it up ! Great job !”
