“Beautiful apartment complex, great location, wonderful maintenance. I’ve read some of the bad reviews and wonder if they’re living at the same place. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s been nothing less than a really positive experience.The complex is well maintained, the office staff is very friendly and responsive (Angela and Indie), and Robert with maintenance is always around and helpful. The landscaping is maintained well and the pool is sparkling clean year round. The few very minor issues I’ve run into since moving in have been resolved very quickly.It’s peaceful and quiet, my apartment is well insulated from noise, and I’m right across from the pool. The Fresh Market is just outside the gate and there are a few restaurants, hair and nail salons, and shops within walking distance.The things mentioned in some of the negative reviews…yes, the entrance gate sometimes has issues, but so does the gate at just about every complex. Yes, I’ve seen the occasional roach or palmetto bug in my bathroom but this is Georgia! I’ve never lived anywhere and not seen them occasionally, they come in through the pipes. Yes we had issues with the trash valet not picking up trash but that lasted less than a few weeks before management took care of the issue and haven’t had issues since.My 2 br apartment (the Sydney) is perfectly laid out for working from home with a semi-separate area of the living room to use as my office (included a photo because it wasn’t easy to tell from the floorplan what that space was like). I’m on the first floor and was able to add curtains to my patio to add a bit of privacy to my own outdoor space. Having an outdoor storage closet is a game-changer, didn’t realize how important it was until I moved from a house to an apartment!Friends who come to my apartment always comment on how nice the complex and my apartment are.There are people who complain about everything and can never be made happy, so take some of the negative comments with that in mind. I’ve never once questioned living here!”

Ana was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the tour. Her warmth and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Ana was polite, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about the property, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her and the property - she truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!”

“Very spacious and nice , I have a one bedroom with a nice balcony on the second floor . My bedroom is very suspicious and big while also having a nice size closet and pantry. Management was nice and polite throughout the whole process. Any problem or issues that I have are solved and done properly I rarely ever have any repetitive problems.”

“I rented here for over 3 years and it was a very comfortable experience. The maintenance guys are so nice, my key fob malfunctioned on a Saturday and Roberto came out within the hour to let me in. I also had a huge wasp nest form on my patio and Edgar came out and took care of that, making sure none got in my house. Only downside is that the pool isn’t open very much, which is a bummer because it’s nice. I also wish we could access the gym 24/7, it’s only open while the office is open. Overall, I really like Mulberry Place. It’s a great complex for families, close to schools and parks.”

“My experience was phenomenal. I am even considering staying there. I have a few more to view & then I can make my final decisions. The Parc @ 980 is definitely one of the top on my list. The lady (so sorry, can't remember her name this moment) who took me on the tour was exceptional as well. I even told her we would have to workout together if I moved in!
