I always pass this beautiful apartment complex. I never got to visit it until today doing a plumbing job and it was very nice I recommend anyone looking for a beautiful place to live to check it out. The team at The Dylan at Grayson is amazing! Taylor, Whitney and Jilliane always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. The maintenance guys are great too. Living here has been the best apartment experience I could ask for.

I leased my apartment at the Dylan almost 5 years ago. I was the original tenant in my apartment. I've had a very good experience here. I especially want to compliment the maintenance personnel. I've had only a few maintenance issues (which is a compliment in itself). They responded very quickly, fixed the problem with one try and were so pleasant. The pool and other public areas are very well maintained. The maintenance team is one of the main reasons I've stayed here so long and why I plan to continue here.

The management team here is very responsive, Louis the maintenance man responded very promptly to my AC issues and had it taken care of in half an hour. My stay here has been very easy going thanks to this team.

I lived here since 2020. The very first management team I could not stand them.They acted like they were better than everyone but……..Anyways fast forward 5 years later. Just recently moved out had my farewell walk through with Taylor. She was very smart, polite and friendly and was always helpful with questions I had.The new management team are 5/5 star ratings very informative and well mannered women. It’s a great place to live. Loved their Taco Tuesday events. I give it a 4 stars and not 5 just because the walls are a bit thin but most of the people living there are very chill with no loud noises so it balances out. I’d definitely recommend someone to move here.

The absolute best apartment complex I’ve experienced from the time I walked in just to get information on apartments to the tour and now officially moved in. Dylan at Grayson has exceeded my expectations. Rachel is an amazing leasing agent very friendly and understanding and Talli & John were awesome in my move in process I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

The staff at Dyland at Grayson lead by Tally, is an AWESOME staff. They go out their way to assist the resident to resolve any situation to make their stay in this to be enjoyable. Just today, They went above and beyond to assist me to track down a package that was supposedly been delivered and they did without me asking. They went into action to help.me which made me feel special. This staff really care about the residents in this complex and they so approachable and make you feel welcome.
