“My dog was attacked by another dog while on our routine morning walk. Kirby needed emergency care. I called Dacula Animal Hospital and spoke with Chelsea. She told me to bring him in and as soon as we arrived, they took him back into a room immediately. Within minutes, Dr. Neal came in to see us. This was our first visit here, we were both a bit traumatized and I was uncertain of how this visit was going to turn out. Dr. Neal was so kind and patient, he took his time and explained all options. He really helped ease our tension and took care of Kirby right away. He and Chelsea put us at ease and I will never be able to thank these angels and DAH enough. Kirby and our family will be forever grateful. This will also be Kirby's new Vet home. ❤️??”

Apalachee River came highly recommend by two friends of mine, so I called to get an appointment. They were able to get me in same-day with Dr. Hughes. Immediately after meeting with her, I felt at ease. She provided a detailed synopsis of what was going on and scheduled surgery for the next morning to have the growth removed. Her attention to detail and empathetic nature is exactly what I was missing in a vet, so I’m grateful that we’ve found her.They also called to follow-up the next day after surgery — it’s clear they go above and beyond!”

“Thanks to Dr Jaime Hanks, our 15 year old cat is coming up on her one year anniversary of being cancer free!I thankfully found Summit Chase after several unsatisfactory (standard) visits to another local clinic. After 14 years without any health scares, our skittish cat suddenly needed a toe removed (front right paw) and was diagnosed with a few mammary tumors. The rare toe removal was seamless, but we were distraught hearing the cancer prognosis as it was likely fatal, even with treatment. Dr Hanks was honest with both procedures and not pushy, supporting our decision to remove the tumors but not pursue chemo. Even though we moved cross-country a few months later, Dr Hanks offered her support. As you can see in the photo, our Trekkie’s belly healed beautifully. The prices were also very reasonable.Highly recommend this vet clinic! Of all the vets we’ve visited the last 20 years, we’d all be so lucky to have this consistent level of care, knowledge, and talent. Thank you ❤️p.s. our picky kitty has been eating Hill’s Prescription Diet Onc Care kibbles since her cancer diagnosis”

They coached me in the medication, assisted any time I called, were prompt in returning info, AND took on our crazy husky for boarding and for his shots to get him ready for boarding so we could go to our wedding.The day of the appointments, they called to let me know the Doctor was performing an emergency C-section, they didn't move a single appointment, and they still saw my animals.If you are nervous about the best vet to take your fur children, this is the absolute right choice. I was devastated when she passed as I had been telling her it was ok and we aren’t leaving her, so my sister called Oak Rest Pet Care and they did an amazing job taking care of her cremation so we could take her home with us.
