“Stunning vets. Called at 7:30am for a kitten with a bad eye infection I found on a Sunday night. They coached me in the medication, assisted any time I called, were prompt in returning info, AND took on our crazy husky for boarding and for his shots to get him ready for boarding so we could go to our wedding.The day of the appointments, they called to let me know the Doctor was performing an emergency C-section, they didn't move a single appointment, and they still saw my animals.If you are nervous about the best vet to take your fur children, this is the absolute right choice. Don't hesitate, call, reserve your spot and pay the exam fee if you have too, and just listen to them. They will steer you the right direction, and they mean it when they say they're there to help.Lovely vets and even lovelier people.”

“Truly like a family. We had to schedule last minute vaccinations for boarding and this was our first visit to the office. The exam and vaccinations went well. The staff and everyone was super nice. Our fur baby gets really anxious but he came home groomed and happy after 5 days in boarding (we never board for that long)! And it was all affordable. Highly recommend.”

“These folks are great! I brought an injured stray cat on a random Monday morning, explaining that I wanted to get him fixed, vaccinated, and take care of his injuries so I could take him home. The only hitch was that I was here on vacation and flying back home the following day, so I was on a very tight timeline, and the cat's injury required survey. The staff and DVM were incredibly professional, compassionate, competent, and quick- the cat was ready to pick up that afternoon. Thanks to these folks' help, I was able to adopt this little guy and take him home with me, and now he's living the good life. :)”

“My sweet girl "Ruby Toot" conditions led our previous (very good) vet to throw the towel in. Dr. Brad Miller at Russell Ridge took the time and had genuine compassion for Toot and all she's endured at such a young age. Combined type Eosinophilia Granuloma Complex, terrible stomatitis, mycoplasma pneumonia, chronic rhinitis....all leading to gradual closing of her nose! She is a fighter and he continues to remain sensitive not only to her physical health but her emotional disposition too. He and his wonderful staff have become our extended family. As far as pricing, I've found them to be very reasonable for the level of care your baby receives here. They are less than half the cost on diagnostics quoted to me by Blue Pearl. We are so blessed to know these wonderful people.”
