“I am one to not use shops like this and do as much work as I can on my own vehicles however I needed an alignment quick before going from 33in tires to 35s on my lifted tundra. I know a truck that big and with a aftermarket lift and ucas can make alignments difficult for shops that don’t work on them most of the time however the staff listen to my requests for alignment specs and the alignment tech Oj took care of me all while showing me on the machine the changes he was making and adjusting them more if I wasn’t quite comfortable with them all while having excellent customer service! He showed me the finished specs which I was very happy with and sent me on my way with a smooth riding vehicle! I will for sure be coming back for my future alignment needs and couldn’t be more thankful for Oj listening to my spec needs and making it happen!”

“Before buying my 2010 Peterbilt 387, I did my research. Whatever I bought would have a Cummins ISX and Allison at Haggai would be overhauling the engine. Shop for your mechanic FIRST and then find a truck to match.My truck had 971K on the odometer when I bought it, and it ran fine but I wanted to start off with a fresh engine.Allison did a great job overhauling my CM871 ISX and everyone at Haggai was a pleasure to be around and work with. Allison let me help where I could, cleaning and painting parts mostly but being there nearly every day gave me much insight into the workings of my engine.This is an awesome family run business and you will be glad you brought your business to Haggai!”
“Our vehicle suddenly started leaking coolant and we immediately thought the radiator needed replacing. We called several mechanics to get quotes. We’re a small family owned business so we certainly don’t have money to throw around. Pritchard’s gave us the BEST quote for a radiator repair vs replacement. He had availability the same day so we made the trip to see him. Within hours he called with an update saying the radiator fine and was actually leaking from a hose and didn’t need to be replaced. BEST. NEWS. EVER!!! He changed the hose for the radiator AND for the windshield washer fluid for $150 and said the vehicle was ready for pick up. Unheard of these days. We are forever grateful to stumble upon this shop and have found ourselves a new mechanic.”

“Needed help with my vehicle (flat on I-75). AAA could not find anyone. Dominique at Reliable came when I called. While he could not fix my problem, he tried for 40 minutes. He then called an Uber to get my wife to a nearby hotel and stayed till the Uber came. He checked back with me while I waited for a tow from another company. Good young man whom I would call again.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Adrenaline Powersports—even though I didn’t originally purchase my machine from them.
I bought a pre-owned Polaris ACE that was originally sold through their dealership. Unfortunately, the original owner had lost the MSO, which made titling it in Florida a real challenge. Wes at Adrenaline Powersports stepped in and went above and beyond. He took the time to research the unit, verify proper ownership, and personally helped get a duplicate MSO issued so I could title the machine without issues.
He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It would have been easy to brush this off since I wasn’t the original buyer—but instead, he treated me like a valued customer.
That level of service says everything about the dealership. I would absolutely consider making the eight-hour drive to purchase my next machine from Wes and the team.

Better to go mid-week, mid-day. Otherwise you and a lot of other people that want that nice service. Older gentleman use to be there - nice, personable, knew what he was talking about. Next visit he was gone and a younger, not quite as personable gentleman was there. It's been a while. But today there was a lady in charge. I didn't speak much with her, but she got me fixed up quickly. Appreciate that.”
