“Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the nice young lady working behind the counter for sorting out my online pickup order issue! She made the first two gentlemen that tried to tell me had that I had failed to submit one of the parts on my end look pretty silly when she came from the back with both parts in hand.”
“My car was having issues, my sanity was hanging on by a thread, and at that point I was pretty sure the universe had personally declared war on me. Then I looked up and was met by a smile and some words. No clue what he said (I was listening to my inner monologue) but it sounded cheerful and welcoming. It was Dylan, the manager. Somehow, this man took a situation that had me contemplating selling my car for parts, moving to the woods, and communicating exclusively through carrier pigeons and opossums… and actually made it better. He didn’t treat me like just another customer standing there holding a broken part and quietly questioning every life decision that led me to owning a vehicle. By the time I left, I was actually laughing and smiling. That is a miracle considering my car was actively trying to physically and financially assassinate me.
You took what started as one of the worst days I’ve had and somehow turned it into one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with car problems.
Go see Dylan. Bring your broken car, your bad attitude, your questionable life choices, and your empty bank account. He’ll probably still find a way to help you.”
“It's 8:43 in the morning and I just wanna take a moment to give some praise to Mr Michael and Ms Jenelys... When I say they went above and beyond!!!! I may never shop at the competitors again. Where as people have been very vague and figure it out yourself they were hands on and literally did not deviate from helping me until they solved my issue and I've never experienced that. Especially from multiple people. My time wasn't wasted, I wasn't ignored, I didn't leave feeling confused or like I need to go to another store. Left with my car issue resolved and feel empowered to take the battery out fully if I need to (Michael helped me pick out the specific tools I needed). Idk what we can do for them.. A raise? More PTO, some tacos maybe? Idk but they need to be appreciated. Keep them! Im not even a people person foreal and left smiling”

The only way in is through the back,off Old Atlanta Road. That's the East end of their property.
I showed up here at noon and the back gate was locked, so I had to then call them, take a ten minute detour and go all the way around since there are no good cut through streets that are close.
That was my fault, I should've called ahead like the order notes said! ?
My best suggestion would be to ALWAYS call ahead, let them know that you're coming with a solid eta, so that they can unlock the back gate.
There is no good street parking here, but RaceTrak down the road MAY have a spot for you there.
On a side note....The receiving manager michael was super professional and friendly!
When you leave, you may not be able to pull through.So he had the street blocked with his forklift, and I sight sided my exit.
However, did look like to me that there might have been room for me to maneuver my trailer in the yard.

“On his way to work this morning my husband, who is in a wheelchair, needed a new battery for his truck. He stopped and purchased a battery from the O'Reilly store in Thomaston but was told that they wouldn't have anyone to help him place the new battery in his truck until about 3 p.m. He stopped by the O'Reilly store in Griffin off of 19 and the manager (I believe my husband told me his name was Bobby) was more than willing to come out and change out my husband's battery for him. Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU!!!”
