“This store is always busy!! I feel like, DG could take a little advice and use more staff at one time, in there.. it's a bigger store. I'd have at least 2 or 3 associates, 1 for cashier, 2 stricktly on the floor, and a manager on the register & floor at all times. Then the store could be cleaner / neater, with more signage .. selling thru more product faster & easier. Some Managers of these stores are really great, ((this store for example!)) They /She / He / just dont get enough hours $$ payroll to schedule the staff they need for their store to have enough coverage to do anything .. like pricing, while the store is open, besides help customers & recover.”

Someone had ripped open a product box and I tried to get a different one but I couldn’t find any more of that product that wasn’t also ripped so I decided to just get it anyway. I didn’t even ask her to but she gave me .50 cents off for it. Much appreciated. This is how customer service should be. very pleasant visit passing through getting a few things before I meet up with a client. Will definitely return thank you :)”
