“Trey (our sales consultant) was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful he answered all of our questions with no “hard sell” approach. The entire staff at the Griffin store were friendly & the manager was helpful as well. This is our second mattress bought from this location. We highly recommend this store.”

“I've bought 2 separate mattresses from Direct Ship and have been been pleased with both. Michele is fantastic and did everything possible to make a connection with me and ensure my total satisfaction. The person-center approach is what made all the difference! The shipping process was seamless and arrived early both times. The showroom is clean, bright, and welcoming, as well. I'd give 10 stars if I could!”
