“Update: I visited the store today and was assisted by a manager who immediately recognized my name and understood my situation as soon as I explained it. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually pay attention to their reviews! I felt heard and respected — and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He was absolutely amazing, and I can see why he’s in management. I’ll have my new mattress by next week, and I’m beyond grateful. Both employees I’ve spoken with have been great overall; the only issue was that the first associate didn’t mention the restocking fee. Still, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally, and I truly appreciate that level of service.”
