“The owner, Nick, and his team are always there to help in each and every way. I recently had surgery and as a result have had trouble swallowing some of my pills. When I called, I got to speak to Nick (the owner) about this and which pills I could crush. He was so helpful to me about all of this.
In addition they offer delivery service which is so helpful to me since I no longer drive.
I highly recommend this pharmacy to all,”

“I usually or always have a great experience with them. Every now and then my experience is not so great. It could range from my meds not being ready when promised or I do occasionally get a staff member that has a bad attitude and acts like they don't want to be there and definitely don't want to take the time to wait on me. But I have more great experiences than bad so I do recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The only other gripe I have is that they are only open until 7pm, I wished they would go back to being open until 9pm that would be so helpful to a lot of people especially me who doesn't have a ride until late. Other than that 5 star's all the way.”

“This is a nice store. I frequent it more now that my local Walgreens has gone out of business. It's convenient. I can normally find what I'm looking for.
My most recent interaction with an employee up front for a photo order was outstanding. He offered amazing customer service.
As others have stated the pharmacy department needs improvement with customers service. I dread having to interact with them.”

“I have never experienced a problem at the Kroger pharmacy. There is sometimes a line, with a few people ahead of me. More often than not, I walk right up to the counter. Very convenient to request refills online, and pick them up during grocery shopping.”

“Picked medication for family member. Called pharmacy to tell them we would not arrive until a couple of minutes after closing. They assured me the pharmacy would stay open. We arrived 5 minutes after closing but they where true to their word staff did not leave until the prescription was picked up. Staff was very nice. Convenient to Griffin Hospital.”
