“It's a pretty store. The usual publix. I don't they can really be blamed for their hiring decisions at this point in society. Dudes that all have the same assumed persona of too good for the job and talking loudly to themselves or joking with someone 15 feet away while 5 or 6 customers are waiting or in earshot. It's weird but I think it's just the new 25 and under "cool"”

“This review is just for the pharmacy section. Brandy is the best! She is super sweet and makes her customers feel welcomed. I came in here with my friend & she knew all of my friend's info and they chatted like they were friends. I was pleasantly surprised. I joked around with her & she joked back with me. I love it!! She was professional but also relatable which makes you want to talk to her more. My friend lives around the area & there's other places she can go to for her prescriptions, but she will only go to this Walgreens location because of how nice Brandy is. Isn't that wonderful to hear!?”

“I never have a problem coming to this pharmacy or having my prescriptions filled here. The staff is always polite when we come into contact, and they get it filled quickly. i have run into a few instances where my doctor told me it would be filled at a certain time, i go to pick it up, and it’s not filled but i’m not worried about that as I know the world doesn’t revolve around me. Talked to Justin on the phone today, I was a little bummed about my order status because i wasn’t feeling good at all and he told me a time my prescription would be ready and that’s exactly when it was ready!! He was very personable, never cut me off, and I left a satisfied customer (as always).”

“I switched from Walmart. How great to have professionals you can talk. Bradford the pharmacist and the staff helped me get most transferred right away. I like the notices I get when a refill is coming up, though it would be great if the system could tell me which one it is. Brad helped me get a new controlled substance prescription filled by coordinating with my doctor. 10 of 10!
On 7/30 if found I had run out of a medication. I went this pharmacy and asked why they did not flag it. Elizabeth C. found that Walmart did not transfer it so Publix did not know. Elizabeth contacted my primary care doctor to get that prescription added. She also took the initiative to review all my meds with the doctor's staff and found a second med that did not get transferred. This was exceptional service, beyond my expectations. It is a great to know that the staff at this pharmacy have your back and are looking out for your best interest.”
“The pharmacist is friendly. The techs are very nice. It’s not the fault of the techs when insurance and doctors are giving problems…. No need to take out your frustration on them….. another plus is here they are normally truthful in telling you why they can not get your medicine filled I like honesty”

“Much better since during Covid Crisis. Tip: For refills, download the app. You’ll need one password to open the app and another to get to your Prescriptions. The system will allow you to put the refill order days in advance of when the refill is authorized based on the prescription from your Provider. This will give the Pharmacist a heads up in case they are out of stock. Then they can order the prescribed medicine from the distribution site, and more than likely receive it in time to fill it on time. As availability on some medications is shrinking due to logistics with a squeeze on the US distribution systems, I'm guessing they can fulfill individual pharmacy needs by keeping excess stock in the distribution center rather than having each Pharmacy location carrying extra stock.”

“Good location. Has many specials but some items seem overpriced. I love the app that helps you find specials. I would recommend to preplan your specials. The self check out system is not that great. Any movement you do wrong the team member has to verify if any “theft” was done. Which is great to prevent shop lifting but delays the shopping experience.”
