“It’s been a month now since I got my car back from Gerber. I got into an accident with a lot of front end damage (have a Toyota). My car was in the shop for a little over a month. The initial estimated date was extended by 2 weeks due to delays outside of their control (issues with parts, delays from the person who needed to calibrate my car). That was frustrating because the insurance rental time ran out. I had to call them too, and would have appreciated more frequent updates (they send messages 2x a week, but during the delay period would have wanted more frequent updates).
However, they did fix my car and even with the extra time I am so grateful that my baby looks like she did before the accident!!! Did have to get my tires balanced afterwards at another location, but besides that it’s been good. The staff here are really nice and knowledgeable. Steve was the one I bugged on the phone a lot and he has excellent customer service. Appreciated all of their help! :)”
“What started off as a day traveling to a family gather in Sumter SC turned into a disaster and this store was our saving grace.
As we traveled on today 09/28/2024 after hurricane Helen we started out a little under a half of tank of gas and decided we will jump on the expressway and get gas outside of Atlanta thinking the gas would be cheaper. We noticed cars headed towards Atlanta in large numbers and the exits were heavily flooded but we thought nothing of it. We got off a exit NO GAS so we travel a little more and come upon a exit with a Kroger gas station but traffic was so heavy we were scared we would run out trying to get in the lot of Kroger so we pulled up at Autozone to figure out what we should do. People were buying gas cans left and right. Me and my 70 yr old mom asked can we use the restroom and the young lady working and the young man bless they hearts. They said yes and gave me a flash light. They were literally working in the dark. They were selling whatever people were buying. They were so nice about it. These two individuals were as pleasant as they can be and allowed me and my mom to sit in the car and wait on my son to drive 2 hrs to us with gas. They were sooooooo nice to everyone. They showed great customer service and empathy being the situation at hand. This is what the world needs more of people like these two individuals that were working at this Autozone on today. I wish I had got there names but they were the young guy and girl…. THANK YOU❤️”

“I remember buying an old hot rod frame for Dave Turner back in 1998 when I was stationed at Fort Gordon as a Soldier. I was driving a 1955 Chevy Bel Air back then and would stop by his shop every time I would drive by. Dave was always there with suggestions about how to make a car go faster. Anyway, I'm still trying to track down some history on the V12 hot rod frame I bought from him. It's in my car today and running strong.”

Dave gave me some advice on how to swap out my battery without having to remove the washer fluid tank (thanks Chevrolet for making things overly complicated). Got what I needed in a timely manner, job complete with no problems. Will definitely return for future auto needs.”
