“This review is specifically for Christina Cadle and the team at Classic Collision. My experience with Progressive was terrible. What should have been a straightforward Tesla repair turned into weeks of frustration, arguments over proper repair procedures, and constant stress. I felt like I was fighting my own insurance company just to get my car fixed correctly. Throughout the claims process I got information that conflicted with earlier statements or was later contradicted by the facts. Their reps made false and disparaging statements about Christina, and it seemed like they had a genuine grudge against doing the repair the right way. Christina and Classic Collision were the complete opposite. As a Tesla-certified estimator, Christina stood by Tesla's repair standards and refused to compromise her judgment, even under pressure to accept repairs she didn't believe met those standards. Rather than addressing her technical concerns on their merits, Progressive representatives frequently dismissed or minimized her expertise. She never changed her story, never took the easy route, and never sacrificed her certifications for convenience. She treated me with respect, kept me informed, and advocated for proper repairs from start to finish. Many of the concerns Progressive dismissed turned out to be legitimate, which made watching her get minimized that much more frustrating. The whole Classic Collision team deserves credit. Despite the obstacles in the claims process, they kept fighting to repair the vehicle correctly, made sure my Tesla was fixed to the proper standard, and didn't leave me holding the bill for the disputed costs. That level of service and integrity is rare. Progressive made this far harder than it needed to be. Christina and Classic Collision are the only reason it ended well. If I ever need collision work again, I'll come back without hesitation and recommend Christina to every Tesla owner I know. And if anyone from Tesla reads this: Christina Cadle is exactly the kind of professional you want representing your brand. She deserves recognition and advancement, and at the very least a substantial Christmas bonus”

“I had an outstanding experience with Classic Collision Augusta Canal after my 2020 Tesla Model 3 needed front-end repairs. My estimator was phenomenal and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They handled everything seamlessly with my insurance, used high-quality OEM parts, and brought my car back to flawless condition. The front bumper, grille, and lamps look absolutely brand new. Communication was stellar throughout—I received regular text messages as my primary source of updates, so I always knew exactly where things stood. On top of that, I loved that they worked directly with the Enterprise rental car service down the street. The vehicle drop-off and pick-up were seamless, incredibly customer-friendly, and truly took the stress out of the situation. Finding a shop that delivers top-tier Tesla repairs with this level of honesty and professionalism is rare. Highly recommend this team!”

They took me in even towards the end of the day and got the repair done while maintaining the most warm, friendly, caring attitudes of any auto shop I’ve been to. Now with the second visit, it seems to me they have only improved. This shop will be my go-to for any work I need done, and I will be recommending them for anyone else I find needing their services.”

Wasn’t sure if my battery was starting to die and I don’t have the skills myself, so I got that and a couple other things checked. Staff were very helpful and got the equipment right away! Ended up just needing some maintenance and a few small parts replaced, and I appreciate being given a list of things to have a mechanic check since I had no idea!”

“I am so impressed by the work and timeliness with the repairs for my car. I brought in my Mazda CX-5 for a quote and was followed up shortly after with a detailed copy of what the cost for repairs would be. It was very competitive compared to other quotes I received but based on the reviews, I couldn't resist. I dropped my car off early Monday morning and was told that it would be ready on Friday. Mario and his staff kept their promise and I was able to pick up my vehicle on Friday. The results were amazing and I couldn't be happier. I am so pleased with their services and so happy I decided on this place! I highly recommend this place!”

Stopped in to check the warranty info on a battery I bought a few years ago but I couldn’t find the receipt Kelly was very helpful immediately upon my arrival and was able to remedy the situation without finding the receipt. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience. I wish more people were kind and courteous like Ms. Kelly. Thanks again NAPA and Kelly!”

“Called for a quote on machining my 4.0 block and head after a broken piston skirt. Donnie gave me a very fair price, and dropped it off the following day on Tuesday. He called that Friday, letting me know it was all ready, just waiting on a few remaining parts for the rebuild kit. Had it back the following Tuesday. I reassembled it that week, double-checked all my clearances, which were spot on, and installed it. Certainly would recommend Augusta Engine and deal with them again!”
