Upon walking in the door, you are greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a staff with big beautiful smiles! You will have to do a double take to make sure that you are actually at an auto body repair shop. Once you collect yourself and realize that you did not just walk into a day spa by mistake, you will be greeted by a member of the staff who are so kind and personable, that you feel like you have known them forever. When the amazing customer experience overwhelms you, then comes a short wait for you automobile to be repaired. Don't worry, you are kept in the loop the entire time! Phone calls, text messages, etc. You will never have to worry what stage your repair is at because the communication is impeccable. Now, here we go! Once that short wait is over, you are now notified that your ride is ready to be picked up! Once you arrive back at the Gerber parking lot, you will be greeted by all those friendly staff members! You will feel like you are picking up a brand new car from the dealership! Don't worry, do a quick look over if you like, however it should be known that your ride has just experience a top notch repair. The paint is flawless, they even vacuumed out the bagel crumbs off the floor for you! Impeccable experience from start to finish every time!”

“I remember buying an old hot rod frame for Dave Turner back in 1998 when I was stationed at Fort Gordon as a Soldier. I was driving a 1955 Chevy Bel Air back then and would stop by his shop every time I would drive by. Dave was always there with suggestions about how to make a car go faster. Anyway, I'm still trying to track down some history on the V12 hot rod frame I bought from him. It's in my car today and running strong.”
