“I originally went to Jiffy Lube because I had already purchased my own daytime running light bulbs and wanted to see if they could install them. They looked at my car and said it might be a wiring issue or the bulb itself, but they didn’t offer to install the new bulbs and recommended I take it to a mechanic.

Terry took the time to inspect the issue, explained exactly what was going on, and even installed the new bulbs for me. “Exceptional service. Mr. Duke responded quickly to my inquiry and conducted an in-person assessment, even though the photos I provided suggested the repairs might not be possible. After inspecting the vehicle, he determined the dent repair could be completed and clearly explained that a faint line would remain under one of the dents. He was able to squeeze my car into his schedule and expertly completed the work as expected.
The cost was about one-quarter of what traditional paint and body work would have been, and what could have taken two weeks at a repair shop was completed in my driveway within two hours. “I wish there was an option for more stars! Excellent service here! From the time you walk in the door, you are treated like family. Upon walking in the door, you are greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a staff with big beautiful smiles! You will have to do a double take to make sure that you are actually at an auto body repair shop. Once you collect yourself and realize that you did not just walk into a day spa by mistake, you will be greeted by a member of the staff who are so kind and personable, that you feel like you have known them forever. When the amazing customer experience overwhelms you, then comes a short wait for you automobile to be repaired. Don't worry, you are kept in the loop the entire time! Phone calls, text messages, etc. You will never have to worry what stage your repair is at because the communication is impeccable. Now, here we go! Once that short wait is over, you are now notified that your ride is ready to be picked up! Once you arrive back at the Gerber parking lot, you will be greeted by all those friendly staff members! You will feel like you are picking up a brand new car from the dealership! Don't worry, do a quick look over if you like, however it should be known that your ride has just experience a top notch repair. The paint is flawless, they even vacuumed out the bagel crumbs off the floor for you! Impeccable experience from start to finish every time!”

“Would recommend 1000%. We had to limp to a shop with a flat after using Fix-a-Flat but many shops won't work on Fix-a-Flat tires so we got turned away before finding Gate 2 Tire. They had no problem working on our vehicle. They listened to our preferences, and didn't try to force unwanted solutions on us, so they kept it very affordable. They also spoiled our kids with leftover Halloween candy. Great small-town personal feel; you could talk to everyone there. Very great experience overall.”

“I remember buying an old hot rod frame for Dave Turner back in 1998 when I was stationed at Fort Gordon as a Soldier.
