Best Western Augusta West is a hotel noted for its great location, providing easy access to much of the city within 10-20 minutes. The place is described as dated and in need of a remodel, but rooms are consistently reported as clean and well-maintained, though some fixtures show their age. The staff receives exceptional praise for being very friendly, polite, and helpful, with excellent customer service skills. Many reviews highlight that the front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast crew are fabulous, caring, and take pride in their jobs. The included breakfast is considered simple but good, with a variety of hot and cold items. While not a high-end hotel, it is seen as a decent and wonderful place to stay, especially for travelers. The property is conveniently located near several restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel right next door.
