I saw a roach in the stuff for pancakes at breakfast not only 1 but 2 lack of communication front desk worker for night shift has an attitude potato weggies cold & hard nuggets also undone wouldn’t recommend.

Phone didn't work, had to walk down to desk to report. Also the water was turned off on the toilet (seem very odd, have spent 100s of nights in many different hotels/motels and never came across this in 40 plus years of traveling) Room was clean although mirrors and bed frame is showing it's age.

This was by far the worst hotel on our tour of the southern states.
The room was completely shabby and not in good condition. The room door looked as if it had been broken open several times, the desk chair was completely worn and rancid. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and flooded the entire bathroom.
The staff at reception were taciturn and rather unfriendly when checking in. The highlight was when someone tried to gain access to our room because the front desk had apparently given our room away twice. There was no explanation or apology for this.
Breakfast is a disaster - everything packaged in plastic, disgusting scrambled eggs made from powder and coffee.
All in all a terrible stay and absolutely no recommendation for this hotel.

Wonderful place to stay at. Our room was clean and we got fresh towels and washcloths put in daily while there. Front Desk staff that were there April19-21, 7 am to 11 pm (Vernocia/Victoria and Tracee/Trisha) were fabulous and very helpful. I do apologize if I got their names wrong. (Those two made our stay even better thank you again)

Really nice hotel, people very friendly, polite. Excellent customer service skills.
Food & drinks: They have a Cracker Barrel right next door. It was nice to walk over there and have dinner after a long day in the car.

Location is nice. Place is dated and needs remodeled but was clean and a decent place to stay. Staff is nice. Breakfast is OK, nothing to fill up on

Great location in Augusta to access all the city has to offer. You’re within 10-20 minutes from most everything. I can’t say enough about the staff, from the front desk, cleaning staff, and the morning crew with breakfast!! They actually care about their guests and know you by name. They also care about the motel and take pride in their jobs. Teresa, the manager and Robin that works the evening shift are exceptionally at their jobs with assisting veterans and they are fantastic people!!

Front desk person was very nice and patient as my very hyper son was all over the place. She even engaged with him to help keep him distracted while we finished paperwork. Room was clean and everything was in place. Breakfast was simple but good: biscuits, gravy, sausage, bagels, cereals, eggs, fruit, juice, milk, coffee. It’s not a high-end hotel by any stretch but was great for a night’s stay while traveling with a kid.
Rooms: Clean, well maintained
Food & drinks: Breakfast included, just down the road from several restaurants and gas stations

I've stayed at many hotels due to my husband's travel for work, and this place was the worst experience I've had with a hotel. The manager came to my room, banged on my door while I was on the toilet, and demanded me to get my stuff an leave, stating that I, was smoking cigarettes in my room. I'm 5 months pregnant, and I have my 4 year old in this room with me. I don't smoke. My husband does, but as this was going down he was OUTSIDE smoking his cigarette. They even had called the police, the police came in said no, it doesn't smell like any cigarettes were smoked in here, because they're WERENT! And then she had stated that we will be charged $250 smoking fee. Maybe someone else was smoking in their room but it surely wasn't us! DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE WRONGFULLY ACCUSED AND CHARGED! We are also leaving with bug bites all over our legs, this place was awful. I'll never stay at a best western again!Noteworthy details: Because of this hotel we won't be staying at best western again! Awful experience here.

I stay at hotels at least twice a month. Different hotels in different states but never have a weird feeling like at this hotel. I feel like something in the room, and seeing something on the corner of eye. My boyfriend said he couldn't sleep the whole night. He keep hearing sounds come from the bathroom. He said he feels like something is inside the room too but the entity just there with no negative though. Oh we stay in room 215 so I don't think we going to here again.
