He, Catherine and Will are knowledgeable and great at helping me with getting back in the groove after being out of the gym due to a military move. Haven't met all of the coaches and athletes but those that I have met have been kind,. encouraging and welcoming. Looking forward to growing in and with this community!”
“Friendly, clean, with a wide variety of classes to choose a great workout. Treadmills have TV’s and all equipment is more than sufficient. Free weights are plentiful as well! I love the YMCA as I needn’t sign a contract and can exercise at the membership Y two states away…for free! Two perfect reasons to join over some other gyms!”
