“Very professional with my FFL transfer, and only charged a $25 transfer fee. Will use again in the future. Prices in store are pawn shop prices, I feel most of the negative reviews are from people who don’t understand how a pawn shop works.”
“I had a good experience. They do seem a bit under manned because when i went in there was just 1 guy working. At first it was empty but quickly there were 4-5 more customers coming in for all different reasons. I definitely see why they get the complaints about not answering the phone, they do prioritize the costomers in the store, and as someone who took the time to come in and purchase things i appreciate that they prioritize the customer infront of them when we're there.”
