“Been going to this establishment since it started on 9th and Broad St. Always very professional. I started out selling some coins there. They are always fair and very knowledgeable. Now, i currently buy coins there. Can't wait to go back again. Always find a treasure to come home with.”

“I had a good experience. They do seem a bit under manned because when i went in there was just 1 guy working. At first it was empty but quickly there were 4-5 more customers coming in for all different reasons. I definitely see why they get the complaints about not answering the phone, they do prioritize the costomers in the store, and as someone who took the time to come in and purchase things i appreciate that they prioritize the customer infront of them when we're there.”

“I can’t recommend Dollar Pawn enough! It’s nice having a place to drop in and be able to talk story for a little bit when it’s not too busy. You’re not just a customer, they make you feel like a friend & family. Best prices anywhere in CSRA for FFL transfers too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, hands down.”

“Yesterday I had a pleasant experience with the staff at Sibley Road Pawn shop. Even though I didn't do business with them I was impressed with the transparency and honesty i experienced. The young man, i forgot his name, even helped me to load my item back into my vehicle. He was very friendly and courteous! The experience made me want to stick around and shop for something! They have a lot of good products in there by the way. The store was clean and well organized. I highly recommend Sibley Road Pawn Shop!”

“Matt and Joseph and team couldn’t be a nicer group of guys to do business with. They are friendly and fair and that’s what I look for when I’m buying and selling. The shop is clean and well run! I’m new to Augusta but this is going to be my “go to” from here on out!”

“I can't say enough good things about Allen. If you're ever in a tough spot and need help, I highly recommend him. He truly came through when I needed it most. It's rare to find someone in this line of work who shows real compassion, but Allen went above and beyond. If you’re ever in need of someone you can trust, he's your guy. I’m beyond grateful for the support.”

“Very professional with my FFL transfer, and only charged a $25 transfer fee. Will use again in the future. Prices in store are pawn shop prices, I feel most of the negative reviews are from people who don’t understand how a pawn shop works.”

“I have done business with the owner of this store and he is a honest person to work with. There was a miscalculation on one of my purchase and he could have easily kept the extra cash but he pointed out the error to me and gave me the cash back. Very knowledgeable and polite staff as well.”

“I was looking for some audio equipment and I happen to find some. I negotiated a price and had a very pleasant transaction. They treated me with respect and dignity, which is more than I could say for some of the other pawnshops in the area”
