The staff is often described as fantastic, nice, assertive, helpful, kind, and courteous. They are helpful with questions and fixing problems like insurance issues. Prescriptions can be ready in a few hours. Many customers plan to return for shopping, prescriptions, and flu shots. The store is consistently very tidy and clean. However, it can get very busy, especially after 11:30 am, around 4 pm, and on weekends. During these prime times, the staff can seem swamped and short-staffed, leading to long lines at the pharmacy counter and drive-through. The area traffic also gets bad between 4:30 and 7 pm. A recurring issue is that the phones are often down, which is very annoying for customers trying to call about medications or refills. Despite the busy periods and phone problems, it remains a liked pharmacy for many.
I came in the store with questions and KYLA greeted me with respect and treated me with kindness. She helped me in every way I needed and was a pleasure to talk with. She deserves a raise and I will be coming back to this location because of HER.
