Been on hold 10 min just for someone to pick up and put me on hold again. 7 times so far. Now I work for a doctor who needs an answer about a medication the patient is taking while the patient is in office, he can not give an answer to patient because NO ONE ANSWERS he literally needs a yes or no we can’t leave a message !!!! Update as writing total now is 10 it rang for a min then hold again. I’ll let patient know you are not a fit for him or us thanks !!!

Every time I have to pick up a prescription here it turns into a circus. I’ve never once been able to get my medication on time because there’s always some problem on their end.

Pharmacy sucks and can't leave a star less than one. Booked an appointment well in advance and have been waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes past my appointment time even after arriving early to check in... I feel like garbage and now have to go ask if they've forgotten about me, SMH. Definitely will be going elsewhere when I need services in the future.Update: Almost 30 minutes to the minute after my appointment time did they call me up just to tell me insurance doesn't cover the test and that I'd have to pay $20. Then they proceeded to tell me to go wait longer..

Zero customer service for patients using the pharmacy. There’s always some issue or another, including them entering information wrong resulting in insurance not running properly. Not good patient service at all.

So you enjoy waiting around just to be told no due to untrained staff? Do you love being ignored and treated like a pest? This is the place for you. It's a shame because it's a very clean store in a central location but when there are so many shortcomings one should question whether or not they should be at Walgreens or the CVS across the street.

The store staff are usually friendly and helpful, but the pharmacy is pathetic. I get there's staffing shortages and demands are high, but a little customer service goes a long way. Instead, you can call them, wait for about 20 minutes and then the phone will just magically be hung up on you. It's great.

Felicia was fantastic when it came to me having a good wal greens experience. She was nice and assertive in a good way when it came to my questions. Because of her, I'll back to shop at this Walgreens!

The customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. When you call it takes forever to get someone to answer. I’ve come into the store or drive thru to pick up a prescription at the designated pickup time only to be told they’re still working on it and to return at a much later time. They are very inconsiderate of peoples time and money as it cost money to drive up there. It did not use to be like this but don’t know if they changed personnel or what but it’s terrible.

Made an appt for a COVID test at the Grovetown location, the emailed instructions said to go inside and then below that another set of instructions says to go to the drive through. I go in and they tell me to go outside, no problem. I requested a test that would give me results within 2 hours. I drive through, take the test and the nice lady at the window tells me that my results will be emailed within 24 hrs AFTER I SWAB, I inquire about that, she says they are usually sent before that. It’s after 10 pm, from a 3pm appt, no results. I could hv purchased a home test if that was the case. They need to be clear about that BEFORE YOU SWAB.Follow up-I got my results via email on 19 March at 9 pm??

If you have the option to get your prescription filled elsewhere, do that instead. Zero communication, zero follow through. Incredibly understaffed. Management should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat the few employees they have in their pharmacy.

Please be careful with this pharmacy and ensure you have patience if you utilize this store. My doctor sent my prescriptions to this location and they refused to bill my Tricare insurance and kept calling me claiming it was an issue with my insurance. After speaking with Tricare and multiple technicians it was clear they were mixing up my mothers account with mine and kept claiming I had to file the prescription utilizing another insurance when the only insurance I have is Tricare. After spending from 10am to 2pm trying to figure this out I called up my doctor and asked them to transfer the prescription to cvs pharmacy which is right across the street within minutes of this action my prescription was filled utilizing my insurance and my co pays we’re 10 dollars vs the 66 dollar cash price Walgreens wanted to charge me because they couldn’t figure out how to file my insurance since they had everything mixed up. Please be careful if you have a family member with the same last name or even utilized your number to assist in ordering medications they can and will mix up your profile. Please take it from me and be careful! The pharmacy suggested I pay 66 dollars out of pocket for my medicine or wait 24 hours until they could figure how to file my medication utilizing my Tricare vs going to cvs and letting them fill the prescription which only took minutes to complete and it was less money.

Typical Walgreens. Best time to visit is before about 11:30 am - after that you've got the lunch crowd, and then it picks right up again at about 4 pm when early quits & the Fort Gordon crowd starts getting off work. You definitely don't want to be in this area between 4:30 & 7 pm because the traffic gets gnarly & really bad at that corner.Staff has always been courteous, though sometimes swamped during busy hours at the pharmacy counter, and during prime time & weekends you might have to wait a bit due to long lines there - at the drive through, too.About what you would expect given the location & scarce staff issues most businesses are going through now. And it has always been very tidy and clean every time I've gone there, so I haven't any complaints, really.

I've never had a good experience with this Walgreens. Yesterday my doctor called a prescription there by mistake. I was told to contact Walgreens to have it canceled so my pharmacy could fill it. After spending 20 minutes on hold and being disconnected twice, I had to drive across town where they told me that my pharmacy would have to call them. They refused to even try to help me. My pharmacy said they would try, but Walgreens never answers their phones.I had to make another call to my doctor's office to have this corrected. I wouldn't have had to go through any of this if they just answered their phone. When I got there, I received terrible customer service. I will never do business here .
