“Nice place to live and visit. Property manager is really nice and fair. You have to meet income requirements because it is a income restricted complex. They have 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments. They are also energy-efficient so utility bills are well within reason. Does allow dish network satellite so you do have options as far as tv providers go. Non-smoking complex so you will know that your apartment won't smell like smoke from previous tenants. Also has computer lab, library, laundry room if you don't have a washer and dryer in your apartment (does have hookups in the apartments though).”
