“We moved in after the hurricane and the office staff were excellent in keeping us informed of when we can move in and did everything they could to help get the apartment ready for us on time so we wouldn't be homeless. They got us moved in on time and kept us notified of maintenance issues they weren't able to fix before we moved in. The maintenance staff took time from the 200+ other apartments and critical needs after the hurricane to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so very much!”

“Mission creek housing and staff are exceptional.They incorporate many child friendly activities into their agendas and the kids have loved living here. Definitely the nicest house we’ve ever lived in on a base. Thanks for everything! The kids will miss this community!”

“We are very sorry you are having a bad experience with the property. I know that we do have rules in place to help keep the community clean and beautiful Not allowing boats, various windmills, plants, etc throughout the community keeps the property looking its best and uniformed. Although I realize that some residents are very talented when it comes to gardening and such, we always have one or two who need some guidance in that department. Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But to make sure no one gets their feelings hurt or to ensure that everything is uniformed, we do have rules in place to just not allow these types of items to be displayed. We wish we could accommodate, but unfortunately we are unable to allow everyone to add items to the lawn or park boats and such throughout the community. We hope that you will understand our position and see that although we understand that your household is talented in gardening, not all are as talented and we cannot make the judgement call on which residents can be allowed to display their talent. Let stated previously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.”

“I wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the ladies at the Gates at Valdosta for helping me find my new home for me and my dog, Rosie...Kai and Kaila were both very informative and thorough when it came to exploring all the different amenities and features available with each floor plan and when we came to the conclusion that because I do not drive a vehicle that we would need to relocate my unit to the Baytree campus they were most helpful see I am disabled, and that kind of customer service goes a long way for someone like me who cant drive and has to depend on location to get important doc visits and other appointments done...we finally got to meet the manager who is totally a team player as well with her tying everything together and helping me and my mom sign my new lease!! So I would like to say my hats off and a big thank you to The Gates at Valdosta for helping me discover what comfortable safe respectable living is all about...Your friends Chris N Rosie”

“Love the Salon. A fabulous collection of talented stylists in a warm, welcoming, and non-pretentious environment. It’s always a pleasure getting my hair done from here. So professional and exceeded my expectations. Left the salon with vibrant, yet very healthy hair. He was great! Very patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge.Great spot for smoothing and keratin therapy. Definitely coming back”
