“These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. They went the extra mile for us, removed the spare and put our uncompomised tire back on,,,,,no charge!
I would highly recommend this shop. If we lived closer they would have our business!”

I had a fantastic experience at Walker’s Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, Judy greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive and sweet. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away.
The mechanic, Lee, went above and beyond. He was extremely informative and took the time to not only explain what needed to be done to my vehicle but also showed me exactly what he was talking about. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything that had been done, which gave me a real sense of confidence and trust in their service.

“We were on our way to Florida and tire pressure was low. Tried to fix at WaWa without success. Stopped in and the tech inflated our tires and checked for flats. All good he said. Went to pay and the service manager says no charge. My take is these are honest people, you don't find that every day.”

I found Freedom Year Tire and with my last ounce of hope the gentleman answered. I told him my dilemma and he stayed open to make sure I made it the 14 miles to him. “What helpful folks. They kept trying parts which they had to order and unwrap until the find the right one for my RV. The young lady was super helpful. She even looked up some blogs online to see what other were doing about the issue I was having. The price was reasonable and everything was handled quickly. I would return any time I needed service done. She also made sure the receipt was worded correctly and explained that protects the service records in case there's a recall or a warranty claim.”
