Mrs Denise assisted me and I was blown away by her gracious hospitality and lovely attitude. She gave an amazing presentation and because of that I think I’ve found my new place of residence not to mention the apartments was Immaculate.”
“Helen and her team were amazing throughout my stay. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly, and the community stayed quiet and well-kept. Management clearly cares—there was regular pressure-washing and property upkeep. While some residents made things challenging, especially around the trash compactor, Helen’s team stayed on top of it and kept the area clean. I even saw them remove a discarded mattress the same day.

“I’ve been living at Ashley Woods Apartments for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! The rental agents are so nice, caring, professional, and easy to talk to. I’ve never had an issue with the rental company or the residents. The community has great amenities, including a nice pool, a park, and even a bus stop for children right in the complex. The prices are affordable, and we’re located right next to a beautiful large park, as well as plenty of stores and restaurants. “After having a horrifying in experience in my apartment search.I came back to Lakeside Villas to look again because they had availability and I like the apartment itself but what I love the most was Charity and Ty the are the absolute best they make a great team. That was a big plus.Then when I saw my apartment I was very pleased they were very accommodating. I love my new place.”
