“The hours are very convenient. The providers are very nice. Some things they could improve on include extremely long hold times when you have an issue (refills, authorizations, etc). They also have a lot of silly rules. For example, they recently made a change in which you can only receive lab work on the same day as your appointment and not prior. If you have an evening appointment, you can come in the morning to do the labs and return in the evening for the appointment. I work! I chose this practice because of the hours. I don’t have time for two visits in the same day. Not having labs prior to the appointment makes the visit with the provider useless. Sure, you’ll receive a call a few days later from a random person to tell you that your labs are “fine”. I prefer to discuss it with my provider. I’m sure this was a financial decision. Overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience with the exception of the things mentioned above.”
