“Great experience! The folks here are understanding, transparent on pricing and very efficient. I came in to get my tire replaced at 9AM and was told it would be done by 2:30PM… It was done at 11AM. The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”

And they did it quickly and for free! What a huge blessing! They definitely care about their customers. I could just tell that they keep it real and are gonna make sure their customers feel heard and respected! Something that cannot be said for all repair shops!”

Someone came to the lot and crawled under the vehicle to check out my problem to see if it’s something they would work on and someone else promptly volunteered to get it on a lift to better assess. “I must admit that I was in a fix the morning that I stopped to get an oil leak checked. I was worried about how I would get my car fixed..
I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”
“I received really good service from this JL. I've used them for about four oil changes now. I would give them 4.5 if I could. I went for an oil change once and my car was even vacuumed and cleaner than what it was. Although only it happened once, I get the feeling that this is a service that should be done as a courtesy with an oil change, but I'm not sweatin' it.”

“LexTechs Decatur provide quality and reliable service. They usually are able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I've gotten premium service, without paying the dealership price. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking when leaving your vehicle and they only provide shuttle services within 5 miles.”
