“Omg! This establishment represents customer service to the fullest. My daughter wasn't able to avoid a pot hole while driving in Atlanta. I'm 5 hours away and wasn't able to get to her. I searched online for a tire shop closes to her school and Tire South (Howell) came up. I read the reviews and decided this is the one. From the time I called and spoke to Akeen to the time she checked out with Travis, I was overjoyed with how we were treated. Travis said something to me that more businesses should put thought behind. Travis said, "Without you the customer, we would not have a job." “Great experience! The folks here are understanding, transparent on pricing and very efficient. I came in to get my tire replaced at 9AM and was told it would be done by 2:30PM… It was done at 11AM. The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”

“This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.”
