Did an inspection and told me some information to take back to Carmax to get my car fix correctly. Went above and beyond. They def have my business for now on or until he leaves lol”
“Great experience! The folks here are understanding, transparent on pricing and very efficient. I came in to get my tire replaced at 9AM and was told it would be done by 2:30PM… It was done at 11AM. The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”

“I called Mavis in Union City today and asked for Donnie and my surprise. I was told that he was no longer at this location. I have been coming to this store back when it was NTB and stayed loyal for one reason only and that was because Donnie was here and he always took care of my vehicles as well as my family vehicles. When i tell you that trust and loyalty go a long way. Donnie is pleasant with a positive attitude. I have seen people get disrespectful with him and he still maintained his composure. Mavis I am not sure what happened but I can say this, if Donnie is no longer there, then never is one of your long-term customers. Donnie was the only person that I trusted to touch my vehicle. BIG MISTAKE!!!”

“This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. “Simply excellent! I got a flat tire at I85 beyond repair. My new car didn't come with a spare tire. Just a repair kit that didn't work due to the damage. Ray was not only able to bring me a replacement tire but was at my location within 30 minutes. Nicest guy. He was able to completely replace the tire and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. He is absolutely great!”

“Had a wonderfully pleasant experience at this shop this morning. Had a nail in my tire and was going down the rabbit hole of a possible replacement. Rivian Service Center couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and Discount Tire didn't have any appointments for a few days. Found this shop on google, drove right in (no appointment), got help within seconds. They were able to plug my tire for a ridiculously reasonable price. “He is awesome, customer service is awesome and tires are awesome and in great condition, no dry rotting cracks, very decent amount of tread and what really blew me away that I was afraid of the most, mixed match tires.
Out of all my yrs of driving and replacement of a used tire I've never had the experience and luxury of luckin up and getting a matching tire.
He's going to make sure you're well taken care of. Very honest man with great energy and vibes.
He noticed a bad tire with a bubble that I didn't pay any attention and still didn't notice when he pointed it out, It me a min as I zoomed in on it.
He could have just mounted it on my car and I would have never noticed. With that being said he also cares about the safety of others.
