“Excellent spot to stop in for a fresh stick. The humidor is well stocked, and the cigars are always nice. The owner and various guests I have run into there have always been very friendly and very helpful. Have been given some really nice recommendations on site of some brands and types that I may not have picked up myself.I would like to touch on the racist comment made down below. It certainly isn't going to hurt ANYONE to be cautious about using hand sanitizer before going in and possibly putting your hands on a cigar that you or someone else is going to have their mouth on. It makes perfect sense.I am a tall, long haired white guy. I have NEVER been treated any kind of way other than welcoming and professional by the owner and regular guests. That comment was completely unnecessary and without basis in fact from my personal experience there. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself what a nice spot this is. Good cigar shops are getting fewer and far between, and this is a good one.”
“The smoke shop is really amazing but I just have one problem you know when they usually say on Google what time they open and close well when I went there by 1:00 p.m. their doors were still locked and that's the time they open so if they could be more clear about what time they open that will be great :)”

“I’m not from this state, I’m very particular with what vapes I smoke and this shop has it (after I’ve tried so many others)If you’re anything like me, not having the right vape you want is HORRIBLE.My FAVORITE person there is Mike.The other guys are nice too but Mike makes me feel very comfortable, which is hard when you’re a female. He lets me know when they are running low or out so I do not waste my time driving there. But really, Mike brightens my day because he is so professional, I don’t feel creeped out by him.If it weren’t for him being there, my vapes probably wouldn’t be there.I drive MILES to come here, I pass maybe 100 other shops- for the past 2 years- and the great thing is- they are open all the time! 27/7.BUT they also keep it safe with a door where they have to buzz you in.I LOVE this place, I LOVE how they accommodate picky people like me and people who have crazy work schedules .Mike you’re the best. You already know ❤️”

“Came into the store and was greeted with a warm hello which made me feel welcomed. The staff was on point with all my questions and even suggested some stuff. I had a great time there and it was well worth my money I spent there. “This headshop is 5 mins down the road from me, and while I've always been a Wyzo's guy (off Boulevard near Grant Park) Hidden Treasures is quickly taking the reins as my go-to for all my legal psychoactive needs. They've got just about everything you'd want out of a head shop - hemp based cannabinoids in all sorts of forms, nitrous, amanita gummies, kratom, papers and blunt wraps, they even carry a wide variety of branded baggies that the most enterprising of customers can use in packaging and selling their own products. Sleepy (the owner) is a good dude as is all of his employees - just overall helpful and kind. 5/5 stars from this guy!”

LONG BUT INFORMATIVE REVIEW.As a faithful customer of El Jefe, I’ve always appreciated their impressive humidor selection and the inviting atmosphere of the lounge. It's a place that feels like a second home to many, including myself.However, recent experiences have led to some reservations. Mandy's demeanor, particularly her passive-aggressive nature, has been a recurring issue. I have tried, and encouraged others to overlook this, but it has come to a point where it can no longer go unaddressed. This culminated in a recent event where her behavior became notably unprofessional. While issues can arise in any establishment, it's important that they're addressed to maintain the venue's reputation.It's evident that the overall vibe has shifted since Damon left. His presence was integral to the lounge's character, and it's been different without him. Thankfully, Cricket has been a consistent bright spot, always kind and looking out for patrons. Bo's friendly and professional nature has also been consistent and appreciated. He managed a situation involving Mandy with tact, ensuring that other guests weren't affected by her erratic, rude, and unprofessional behavior.It's concerning that many of our friends, and others I've spoken to, opt to meet elsewhere when Mandy is working. Even more disconcerting are the whispers regarding Mandy's potential bias towards female clientele. While both male and female patrons have expressed discontent, it seems women, in particular, feel singled out.In conclusion, El Jefe remains a preferred spot for many of us, but addressing internal issues is crucial for retaining its loyal clientele and upholding its esteemed reputation.”
