“My experience with my unit has been very good, although there were some minor things I would change. For one, the workers at the front desk were very great, and went above and beyond to explain things, and be kind, and make sure I understood each thing included in my rental. Additionally though, the costs were kind of much in comparison to other units, which granted is kind of understandable with the location being so good, and the staff making sure to upkeep the units and outside building so well. There was a protection fee included that was not discussed with me, as to if it could be taken out or not, which kind of made me unsure. But for two 18 year olds renting for the first time trying to hold furniture for our future home, this has been more than a great experience with lovely people that went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. with pricing it is difficult, but the layout of the building etc is very simple which helps on late nights when trying to pack storage in.”
