Upon going back this evening to put things in storage, I noticed the cobwebs that were hanging on the door as you lift it up were gone. Which Noah said he was going to "blow the unit out some". “I never talked to a human. There's pros and cons to that. Setup was easy as I was moving from another state and knew we would the arriving late and that no one would be in the office. I was glad I was able to set up online and get access easily so that I could come in and unload with no problem. I have been using storage in another state for many years and I am one of the people that likes to pay my bill a week earlier than the due date. My last month in your building I went in multiple times trying to pay my bill early and the website would not allow me to do so. It said my bill was zero balance. Even though I know the due date was coming up. The day after my due date I received an email telling me my payment was late. This was very frustrating and seemed off-putting. It made me feel as if I was delinquent even though I had tried multiple times. I replied to that email letting them know as such and did not receive a single email or comment back. So, while the easy check-in was wonderful. The lack of customer service and any communication with staff was a bit frustrating. We moved out after that. I do not want to appear to be delinquent with my bills.”

“The storage company I was with prior to Public Storage was HORRIBLE!! It is such a breath of fresh air to speak to anyone at Public Storage. I have had frequent conversations with Ray he actually helped me setup when I first moved in and he has been so pleasant to work with since the end of last year. He has such a great tone and it’s almost as if I’m talking to a family member anytime I speak with him. He is very thorough and he always makes sure to call me back when needed. I highly recommend renting with this specific Public Storage just because of Ray’s awesome customer service.”

“Everyone was friendly. The price went up a little bit. They need better pest control and weather proofing. We have lost all of our belongings now and have to do the insurance claim. We didn't have any issues with the smaller size unit. Only the gigantic one up on the hill by railroad tracks.”

“Other than the fact Google lists the incorrect number, and the fact that leaving messages at said number, you'll receive no call back or response. After finding a different number, they picked up on the second ring. The lady that was on site stated she doesn't work that location normally. She was very helpful, hospitable, and honest. She helped me pick the unit I needed, and it's reasonable rate was quite affordable. She explained the rules and how if something were to happen and I get locked in/out. After going in to store stuff, I found it to be not only clean, but it was a comfortable temperature. It had no foul smell like most other indoor storage facilities often have housing old dusty, dirty, age old junk people can't seem to let go of. Over all my experience so far is a 10/10.”

Our experience with UHaul was 5 Star - both at the pick up location and the destination in Aiken.They arrived ahead of schedule in Augusta - the Call Center informed us right away. (I inserted AirTags in each box so I saw when they arrived - good tip). Salome, the delivery driver from Augusta, was on time, efficient and placed them exactly as I requested. She picked up the empty boxes sooner than scheduled per our request. What a great experience!”
