“The units are good but the website for tenants is a jumbled mess. Slow, difficult to use, even worse if you have multiple units. The employees were very helpful every time the website failed me though.”
“We have felt with Alexander Self Storage since Hurricane Helene hit the Augusta area. The entire process was great from the day after the hurricane until we were completely able to move out 10 months later. Everything was first class! Clean, safe, climate control was consistent, and staff was easy to work with. I can't recommend this storage facility enough!”
“First time in years getting a storage unit, went to this location(wylds rd) because it was close by my house. Met Ms.Christine the office manager, she was very nice as well as informative almost thought she was family that's how comfortableshe made me feel. She Got straight to the point (which i like 👍). The unit she had wasnt climate controlled, but she even tried to assist me with finding another location that offered those services, but i ended up renting from Ms Christine because her customers service was on point, and i really didnt need climate control it was a choice, but i will recommend this location. Thank you Mrs Christine!!”

“Just a place to store your things. There was a lay there a year ago I dnt know if she's still there but I think she had just got a promotion as a supervisor...she was a light skinned black lady who was very accommodating and caring. Besides that you have to watch them closely because they will tell you one thing and you not being informed you will be thinking something else if you know what I mean. For example do everything on line if you actual want a promotion. If you don't do everything on line (book pay etc) the full promotion won't be enforced. Otherwise the place is okay.”
