“I just had two of my vehicles worked on by Smith Automotive Service, LLC. I couldn't be more impressed! Their customer service was friendly and their service exceptional.They recently worked on my 1993 Toyota 4Runner V6 4x4. It had some electrical gremlins which they were able to troubleshoot and fix. While they were troubleshooting the issue, they found other issues that they fixed without charging me extra.After I got my 4Runner back, I brought in my 3rd Gen Ram 2500 with a 5.9 Cummins in for service (complete front end suspension, and AC components including timing belt). Trust me I was very please, I had other shops turn me away because they don't work on diesels or older Japanese engines.If your looking for a mechanic shop in or near Hartwell, GA. I would highly recommend Smith Automotive Service LLC. They really do go above and beyond, and their service will make you feel like family!”

“Best Master Mechanic within 100 mile radius, hands down. Has serviced all three of our vehicles for the past five (5) years, and saved us thousands vs. dealer or rip-off incompetent shops. Locally owned, managed, and operated - one man shop. You may have to wait but when its done its done, and he backs up his work in the rare case of a re-do that is valid. He is in the mode now of cutting back on big jobs as the roses aren't waiting around anymore for him to go smell them & he knows it. Foreign and Domestic, HVAC, mechanical, some electrical, control - and more. Older your car the better, lol :)”

“I’ve been looking for a mechanic for my 2004 Mercedes since moving to this area and I am so glad I found Grant’s European Car Care so close to my house.I recently had a mechanical issue that Grant’s was able to repair in only a couple of days. “We needed and oil change right away. I called ahead to see how busy they were. When I arrived, they were there to greet me before I got out of the car. They had the car in the bay before I spoke with the lady inside at the desk. As soon as she got to me she took my information, checked the car mileage and VIN, and told me what my choices were. She also offered additional services that were available. I made my selection - standard oil change - and she told me to check back in 30 minutes. They were done in approximately that amount of time, I paid the charge, and was on my way. In addition, when I got to the car the protective plastic was still inside, but when I pulled it out and started looking for a garbage bin, one of the employees noticed and came to take it for me. Overall a great experience!”
“I will return here any time I have battery needs. The staff was extremely helpful. I had some specific question and they took the time to help me. Hard to find at your local box WalMart.”
