“I loved that the staff didn't jump on me as soon as I walked in the door asking if I needed help. I know that's generally accepted as good customer service but if you know what you're after and can find it on your own it's a hindrance usually. They gave me several minutes on my own and then asked if I needed help. I appreciate this approach. I knew what I was after and everything I needed to know in order to get it. I was only comparing my options and the staff realized that and left me to it. As a result I didn't feel rushed or as frequently happens to women in parts stores - patronized. Great experience even though the one option I was looking for had been discontinued.”

“We needed and oil change right away. I called ahead to see how busy they were. When I arrived, they were there to greet me before I got out of the car. They had the car in the bay before I spoke with the lady inside at the desk. As soon as she got to me she took my information, checked the car mileage and VIN, and told me what my choices were. She also offered additional services that were available. I made my selection - standard oil change - and she told me to check back in 30 minutes. They were done in approximately that amount of time, I paid the charge, and was on my way. In addition, when I got to the car the protective plastic was still inside, but when I pulled it out and started looking for a garbage bin, one of the employees noticed and came to take it for me. Overall a great experience!”
