My wife & I opened up a joint checking & savings about a week ago. So far they’ve been great. The only thing they need to do is improve the SouthState app, it lags a little.

Spent an hour on the website trying to find my full account number, no I don't have checks, and routing number for wire transfers. Couldn't find either.. BofA was much better.

Always had friendly service! Knowledgeable about what their bank offers, Wish I remember her name,, young blonde lady who was very knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions! Thank you for her training and very personable professionalism!!
