Hoffbrau House River front motel is my budget friendly hotel when in Helen Ga. Yes, it's shows a little age but price and convenience to town's activities is perfect. love the river a few yards from the deck!

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. Motel is on the river you can just walk down to it and you can walk to town. Rates are cheaper than most motels in Helen. Room was clean. No problems. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel does have an excellent location but everything is super dirty, it seems disrespectful to me, I paid for the room with a view of the river and they gave me the one that wasn't it, the stained sheets were also dirty, and for the price I paid very badly everything, with a musty smell, the bathroom dirty, in short,... read full comment
