“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

“Absolutely amazing and honest staff! I went to another repair shop and they told me I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced, then quoted me over $1000. I went here for a second opinion and they told me I only needed the front pads and rotors replaced and charged me just under $300. Called around 7 auto repair shops in the augusta area and they were the cheapest. They absolutely could’ve told me the rear needed replacing as well, but they were honest. I would rate them six stars if I could! I’ll definitely be going to them for any future problems, and I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I own a moving company in Florida and had a job in Graniteville last min and needed 200 blankets I called 10 stores no one had them or didn’t answer. 20 mins later we get a call back from Sonia and Willie letting us know she has headed to multiple locations to pick up the blankets for us. On top of that our customer couldn’t fit them in their vehicle. So Willie drove them over for us! “Just recently moved down to Augusta from Detroit. Left out feeling assured that my truck tires were all full. Sadly, the rear passenger tire was flat, so I ended up ruining the tire. Had my vehicle towed in under my Triple A policy. They found a good tire for my Yukon at a decent price and the labor was also affordable. I was in and out and able to enjoy the rest of the day ahead thanks to Gate 2 Tire $ Auto. Sincerely very thankful to the staff and their time”

“Went in ask him if you have the size tire I needed. He let me look at the tire told me the price. I told him what the tire was doing on my car and he said if it's just a small hole he can fix it rather than replace it. The man found a hole and plugged it. He could have just charged me for the whole tire instead of just the plugging but he was honest and got the job done the right way.”
