I had a wonderful experience at the Tires Plus on Tobacco Road. When I arrived around 9:00 AM, there were already several cars being serviced, but only one technician on duty—Caelen. He was already working hard on one or two cars, yet he was still an absolute gentleman the front desk—incredibly polite, charismatic, and welcoming.
As the morning went on (around 10:00 or 11:00 AM), Mr. Greg clocked in to assist. By that time, they were juggling about three to four cars. Caelen did an excellent job working on these vehicles in a timely and consistent manner, especially given the high-pressure circumstances of being solo initially. Once Greg stepped in to help, they made a fantastic team.
Everyone in the lobby waited very patiently because the atmosphere was great—the music and the mood were excellent. I completely understood the situation and felt so comfortable that I decided to bring my car back tomorrow to finish the rest of my diagnosis. To be honest, I didn't mind the wait at all because I had a great day. Thank you, Tires Plus on Tobacco Road, for the fantastic service!”
