“I had an unexpected tire flat and I went to tire plus but they were closed, Walmart on Bobby Jones said they couldn’t fit me in at 1pm and they were super busy… with only one car in a 6 car bay. Went to NTB by accident just driving by… and saw them working …. The staff was super nice. Got me in and out within 30-40 minutes and they had 3-4 cars in their Bay Area. I was very fortunate to find them and so happy that I did! I will be back…”

When front wheel drive cars became so popular in America he is the only man I could find who could balance front tires and wheels to my satisfaction. If they weren’t square John could balance them. I’ve had friends who had tires balanced at 3 different places. They were still unsatisfactory on front wheel drive cars. I told them if John can’t balance them I’ll pay for it. You have to show skill and efficiency to fall under the category of MASTERY!!! There is a level of confidence and skill in the practicality of the work provided. There is a positive outcome to their hard work. I picked up the car and ALLLLLL and I mean A.L.L of the problems we were having before I dropped that car off did not exist after we picked it back up.
They're credible, competent and have excellent service. They are obviously better than everyone else contextually in the sense of competency etc.”

“I was in town to visit friends when the low tire light came on. I tried a gas station air machine but lost my $3 when the machine would not work! Mavis had a free air machine & the manager was very kind to ask if I needed help, even though I was not a paying customer. He offered several suggestions if the tires went down again, & told me to come back & they would check out the tires.”
