“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

“There was an issue with my vehicle that happened while at this establishment. The manager Darryl was very helpful and attentive to making sure I was taken care of. He worked ALL the way up to closing. When there was no solution he allowed me to leave my truck there for safety until it was able to be towed. This visit was a bit disorganized as compared.to normal-No complaint— just feedback on an observation - to exemplify:There were three people approaching me to run- through the script (e.g please restart you vehicle so we can check transmission fluid levels”, & have you had your light checks performed?).Although the repeat questions resulting in no issues/delay and was evident the team wanted to provide the quality service— it presented poorly on the team’s coordination and organization…Otherwise good efficient service.”

“Decent customer service; Theresa is very professional and honest.Only downside is they don’t service Euro or Japanese cars due to recent policy changes. Go to Autobahn or DVS in Augusta if you own a VW/Audi/Benz.”

“Great facility with reasonable prices, 24-7 access once you set your account up. There is limited space available so you will want to make sure you coordinate ahead of time to secure your spot. There is no shelter from the elements, so if you are looking to store your vehicle somewhere climate controlled you're better off looking elsewhere, but if you are fine without climate control this is always my first option.”

“First time ever to a Jiffy Lube, and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the operation. These folks know what their doing. You don't even get out of your vehicle. I received a military discount. It's a bit more pricey than I expected, but I did get the synthetic blend. I also didn't have cleanup and disposal to contend with.”
