“Best auto parts store in town! April is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. They are the place I go to if I’m looking for something that I KNOW other auto parts stores don’t or won’t have. I also couldn’t believe that their bolts were under $1 when O’Reilly’s “Self Help Aisle” is selling similar bolts or bolt kits with 3 or 4 bolts to a pack for $8-$14.”

With my spouse deployed, handling car repairs could have been a hassle—but Matthew (Estimator) and Taylor (Receptionist) made the entire process seamless. They were professional, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. The other driver who hit me had USAA insurance who coordinated the entire process with Gerber (including the rental).”
“I have had to bring my poor suv in twice. Once was due to a deer running into the side of the vehicle and the second was due to someone ramming a shopping cart into the back end. Both times I have brought my vehicle here have been nothing short of amazing. So I went to advance this nice gentleman read me the codes and then gave me a printout with the codes and the parts may need for the codes. I wish I could remember his name. He was extremely helpful! Needless to say, the car wasn't for me.”
