“My son was traveling back to college from Florida to Virginia Tech in August. He was involved in a collision. It was a Saturday morning and everything was closed. The owner answered the phone, stayed at the shop and waited for my son to arrive with the tow truck. While we were 4 hours away, she gave comfort to a 21 your old college kid with no idea what to do. She made sure he was safe and secure. She even had her son drive him to Savannah Airport to get a car rental. No charge, no acceptance of money. Just good people helping out a family in need at their most challenging moment.
When someone does this level of care for someone in need, you know they are good people, trustworthy and worthy of your business. There are good people in this world. Several of them are here at Personal Touch Collision in Richmond Hills, GA.
