“The store manager was nothing short of amazing. She was kind and very patient with our needs. We have been struggling with our bill for over 7 months and the loyalty department was not helpful at all. The store manager jumped right in and gave us the care and professionalism we needed. She had knowledge about what the problem was, and a way forward. She explained everything and made sure we left there as happy customers. I would recommend her to anyone going to that store in the future. She is the only reason after the experience with the loyalty department that we will be remaining with AT&T. The only reason.”

“The lady in the store was amazeing,friendly and knew her job. She even stayed late to set up the phones....the man at customer service was horrible,made a case on my account,I've had my phone service a long time and I ordered two lines and phones,and paid on line,went into the store,and just wanted the order cancelled online and bought the two same exact phones in store,he argued with the lady at the store for 38 minutes about canceling the order. Other than him. I love cricket,best people,best service, and I'm a lifetime customer!”

“Standard Walmart.... but what I love about this location is the grocery pickup! It's so easy to use with their app! I mark my favorite items, reserve a time for pickup, then follow the signs and have my groceries brought out for me! They rarely have to swap any items. They always pick out great produce if I decide to buy some from Walmart... (I prefer Kroger's for that.)”
